DTF: Direct to Film or DTF is a process that transfers prints onto fabric or other substrates using a heat-press mechanism.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Please review all the information provided before placing an order 2. Select the shirt type and size using the drop down menu.
3. Select the color of the shirt using the following drop down menu. 4. Please add the design specification correctly if needed in the personalization box or type in the specifications that is specified on top of the personalization box.
5. Need more İtems? Add the current item in the cart. And If you like to add more items to your order please press the back button and repeat steps 1-4 again.
6. Once all your desired items are in your cart you may complete your order by entering your payment method, desired shipping address and shipping type then, click submit.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
-Wash the item inside out in cold water.
-Do not bleach, do not dry clean.
-Do not iron directly on the design.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
– All items are made-to-order unless they arrive damaged or defective, We DO NOT ACCEPT returns and exchanges.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
-We will always do our best to ship all items as soon as we possibly can BUT right now, our processing time for the shirt is 3 business days.
We are working with Multiple Shirt brands. Please be aware that the display picture does not show the brand it will come from. We mainly focus on sizing, material, and color match. colors can vary due to lighting in the picture. it can be a little darker or lighter.
– We create each item per order so we do not offer any refund or exchanges. Each item is made just for that specific order. so making sure every detail, info size color is correct.
– If you want to add or change anything on the existing design that we show in the display picture, please contact with the seller from message box to ask if the changes and additional request can be done or not, if you do not ask and request for it without asking in the order we will ship the item as it is without the requests done.
– If you enter the wrong address for your order, we will try to help you if you message us from the message box only in 24 hours. if the item has not been made and processed to the packaging level to ship the item, we can make changes. Messages will be answered during business hours (9 am to 6 pm CST) and during business days ( Monday to Friday)
– Please check the color charts for the size and type of the tshirt you want, not every color in unisex Shirts is available for Youth, Toddler and Onesies, drop down comes automatically with every color but they are not available for each item so please make sure to check it. If you have any more questions please before placing the seller to make sure.
UPGRADES: PLEASE CHECK OUR UPGRADE SECTION IF YOU NEED ANY OF THESE
– BACKSIDE FEE: if you want something additional for the back also, you have to purchase a backside fee with the shirts, 1 fee per tshirt.
– 3XL UPGRADE: we do have a separate listing for 3xl. you can select the shirt color and type or copy the title of the design you want on that shirt in the personalization box.
– SHIPPING FEE: this is an additional upgrade if you need to update the shipping of the order p[laced, or returned packages. you have to purchase a new label so we can ship back (mostly this happens due to wrong address, unverified address missing information.)
– CUSTOM FEE: if you want a custom design or any changes to the available design you have to contact the seller first and after approval you can place an order for tshirt with the custom fee. custom fee has to be in the same exact order to specify the design how you like.
Please use the “ADD MESSAGE TO SELLER” icon before you checkout if needed. HINT: Click the Add Message Link and the Add Message Button to save a message! Or, you may also send us a message through the “Contact Seller” button, whichever is more convenient for you.
~FOR HOLIDAYS** ( THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS, HALLOWEEN )~ – Please be aware that carrier delays are possible. Ordering ahead of the time frame would really help to get your order early or on time.
– We use USPS OR UPS
– Standard Shipping (3-5 business days after production time, please consider delivery time might take longer than usual time, if you are in a rush please upgrade the shipping at checkout)
– Available Upgrade for Expedited Shipping/Delivery ( This does not affect the production time, production time remains the same, expedited shipping is only for delivery time that will be under Couriers control)
– We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they leave our shop.
– If an item is delivered we are not responsible for shipping another item. PLEASE check with your local post office for further information or contact Etsy customer service.
***INTERNATIONAL***
-You are responsible for any and all customs charges that you may incur from your order. We are not responsible for these taxes and do not implement them. They are also NOT included in the shipping cost. You must check with your customs office for fees, tax, and delay information. We do not have the authority to track your package after it leaves the US, tracking will be provided by your local carrier once the package is received.
